Digital tickets for mobile apps and RFID.

Teskerti ticketing system presents a new way to send the tickets to the events, the digital ticket: practical and easy to use.

Digital ticket for events
The new feature, already used in the tourism sectorallows you to take advantage of Wallet and PassWallet for iOs and Android. With those apps, you can save your e-ticket in total comfort and save it on your smartphone.
The digital ticket is also available for passes and seasons tickets.
To validate the digital ticket, the organizers can use the free app for Android Teskerti Access Control.

How does the e-ticket work?
The e-ticket is very simple and practical.
The customer, after choosing the digital delivery method will receive the entrance tickets at the e-mail address used during the registration process.
Once the e-mail has been opened, it will be possible with a tap save the tickets in the Wallet application.
On the day of the event, the customer will present the digital ticket on his smartphone directly at the entrance gates. Access control staff will require to present, together with the ticket, a valid ID document.
Once that the ticket has been validated, it will not be possible to access the show with the same digital ticket again.
In case of multiple tickets purchase, the buyer is allowed to send the tickets to the respective beholders, who will be able to save them on their phones.
Unlike the iOS Wallet application, the PassWallet app for Android smartphones does not provide updates relating to the event purchased, so it is advisable to consult the event site, to be updated of any changes.

Cards for digital title support & RFID technology
The digital ticket can also be used with other supports.
A credit card, or any other card, such as a supermarket card. The fundamental requirement is to have available an identification number or barcode to which to associate the loading of digital title.
Another support could be with the RFID technology. The Radio Frequency Identification allows you to upload the digital title on the support code, which can be validated at the entrance through the use of a radio wave reader.
The most common support used for RFID technology is a bracelet, equipped with a microchip. The bracelet and the wave reader will form a transponder for the passage of the ticket information.
The RFID technology allows communication even on the move and through physical barriers like cardboard, plastic, wood, etc., it guarantees space of memory and speed, with any weather conditions.
